Your Move Estate Agents in Tunbridge Wells and their great team Lauren Clarke and Katy Jewell are fantastic!!! They made the buying process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. Throughout our buying process the first home for our son, Lauren Clarke was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. I just would like to share my experience as a viewer of a properly advertised with YourMove. If you have a property to sell you may like to consider instructing them. Emily Smith arranged my viewing and was very accommodating when I phoned back the next day to change to a different day which she accommodated, Emily was polite and I could tell she was as interested as I was about the viewing - on behalf of the seller. A welcoming email was received to confirm the viewing info etc. I was greeted by Adam Pearce whom I found to be a polite and courteous young man from start to finish, he was knowledgable on the questions I asked and offered information, he also asked if I would like to also view again just to take it all in. A real delight with having a nice friendly and cheerful demeanour. It really put me at ease. :)

I was lucky enough to have support from both Katy and Lauren from Your Move with the sale of my house and the support with buying my flat through them ! Both always on hand to answers my emails and calls no matter what day of the week. Lauren was one of the first to visit to my property and I knew it was in safe hands. She then continued to represent my property by showing families around and has always been on hand right up to me moving in - she has always been professional and welcoming. They'll start you off with a high price for your property to pull you in. After 2 weeks they dropped the price and started giving offers of 250k. They also said spending money on the property wouldn't make any difference. £3200 was spent on the property and after a short period a price of 315k was settled and the place sold with a different agent. They didn't seem to care about the business!

Really pleased with Your Move, Tunbridge Wells branch. They were always available. They let us revisit the house a number of times during the purchase. When required they really got the process moving which was handy because we had some outside pressures to complete by a certain time. Thank you Lauren and Katy and all the YM team. This was our third estate agent when trying to sell our house and it was definitely third time lucky!! Was so refreshing to find an estate agents that actually did what they said they were going do! Couldn't recommend them enough! Lauren and, especially, Katy are brilliant, wasn't a question they couldn't help us with and Katy was really reassuring when we had a few glitches along the way. While we already had a mortgage advisor, we tried their recommendation and he was brilliant as well! Arranged the whole thing without leaving the comfort of our own home. We recently moved to UK and was looking for suitable places in Tunbridge Wells. For few days we were speaking to so many agencies. Some agencies took more than 3 days to even book a visit. Then we met Gabriela from Your Move. She agreed to arrange the visit on the same day we inquired and was very clear on explaining about the property.
