GoogleThis was our third estate agent when trying to sell our house and it was definitely third time lucky!! Was so refreshing to find an estate agents that actually did what they said they were going do! Couldn't recommend them enough! Lauren and, especially, Katy are brilliant, wasn't a question they couldn't help us with and Katy was really reassuring when we had a few glitches along the way. While we already had a mortgage advisor, we tried their recommendation and he was brilliant as well! Arranged the whole thing without leaving the comfort of our own home. Just a shame we didn't try them sooner, would have made things a lot quicker and less stressful!

Unfortunately we did not have the smoothest of journeys toward exchange and completion (due to other circumstances) but Katy & Lauren were fantastic in supporting us through this very stressful time. GoogleExcellent service all round from Katy and Lauren at Your Move Tunbridge Wells. We had listed our house with another agent and had 3 buyers drop out for various reasons. But then we relisted with Your Move as the house we were buying was through them, and suddenly everything worked smoothly. They reassured out sellers, found a good buyer for our place within a week, then they kept the rest of the process running along smoothly, nudging and chasing solicitors etc. where needed. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Being a landlord i was promised many things. My tenants left mid June. When they had left, an inspection was done by myself and the yourmove representative. We noticed damages up to £500, in which i notified yourmove of. As we reached mid August, i still didn't hear anything and i was trying to get through to the managers of the deposit team. They avoided picking up the phone and now we have reached October. They have notified me of nothing will be returned as I did not provide evidence. This was not advised by anyone. The poorest service i have ever received in terms of business. They are very quick to receive payments, but do not support landlords in any matter.
