Grace was amazing. As a group of 4 students who were feeling very lost in our house search she was so friendly, so informative and made the experience for all of us so much better. We viewed the house and immediately knew we wanted to sign and she was so helpful with this we ended up moving forward with this in just a day!! She then continued to be friendy, attentive and informative throughout the whole process and any questions we had she’d answer immediately and clear up any confusion. Could not recommend Your Move enough especially for students searching for a property :)

Layla was extremely helpful throughout the letting process and she is an asset to her team. She was very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable on all steps of the process and put us at ease in what was a stressful time. Your move are a good and ethical estate company and we have seen how other estate agents give conflicting information and withhold information but this company has not displayed any of this, rather the opposite, honesty and trust. As a student looking for a very last minute apartment for uni, Grace was amazing! She answered every query I had and was so so lovely and accommodating as I was unable to physically view properties due to work, she was quick to send me virtual tours to make it easier, I’ve never had such a quick and pleasant experience with estate agents and I don’t have a bad thing to say about the service I’ve received so far! Five stars for Your Move Egham! Renting Clifton House through Your Move Egham was a very positive experience. Charlotte Cowan, and Georgia Collins at the Egham office provide a high standard, quality service and are truly exceptional. Its a pleasure picking the phone to them as I know the person on the other side is going to greet me with professionalism and politeness. They both go the extra mile to help with whatever query I have. I wish more companies had staff who are so dedicated to the work they do. I tend to go back to the Egham office to do business only because of the service provided by Charlotte & Georgia. They are an asset to the company and I hope this is recognised and appreciated. I came in on Saturday about 5minutes before your closing time to raise a complaint about my landlady. The lady who assisted me was so lovely, and allowed me to sit down and voice my concern, despite my lateness coming in! I think her name was Layla, but i'm not 100% sure (sorry!!!). Georgia was very nice with us, arranged 2 viewings and documents arrived on time, keys collected from the office on Bank holiday, thank you. My nightmare began since tenancy started. Have been asked multiple times from Trina to resign all the documents for landlord's rent insurance, which we clearly declined the first time asked. Secondly, problems raised in the flat have not been fixed yet second month in tenancy and no back information from Della -the property manager, when is this going to happen, there are always some excuses. Very disappointed from how I'm treated lately.

I instructed Your Move, Egham after being unsuccessful and feeling let down by another agent. Helen and Richard were both fantastic the whole way through to completion. We had a few hiccups along the way, including losing the chain at one point but they found another buyer within 48 hours! Appalling! My son is a co-tenant of a property let by this team. There is a problem with the bed in his room. It is broken and the repair has been bodged leaving it unsafe to sleep on. The landlord met me there and agreed but has since told Your-Move it is not broken or unfit for use and they will not provide a rebate for the 11 days he has been unable to stay there. I have created a temporary fix for the issue to enable him to stay there now. Shameful service from Your-Move.
