GoogleAs 2 students looking to rent their first student property, the process initially felt really overwhelming, but Georgia was so friendly and helpful in suggesting properties, arranging viewings, and talking us through our options. Georgia made the whole process feel much easier and we were able to secure a property much sooner than we had expected.

GoogleQuite possibly the worst estate agent to exist. All of their employees extremely rude and slow. It takes about 7 days for them to respond to very simple requests. They will lie through their teeth and then immediately backtrack when caught. They overcharge and treat students as if they are idiots and naive. They will set standards and requirements for their tenants which they are unable to meet themselves. They claim to pride themselves in customer service yet trying to have a conversation or reasoning with any of the employees is like talking to a brick wall. I’m surprised any of them managed to get hired since they clearly hate their job with a passion. If you are a student in egham I highly suggest you go to any other estate agents before this one.

GoogleYour Move were very patient and kind with us. There were a couple hiccups regarding viewings etc. However, the overall move in experience was good and Your Move handled things smoothly. Georgia was very kind to us and led us through the process. I don't think things would've run smoothly if it wasn't for Georgia

GoogleCompletely unprofessional. Give incorrect advice which ends up costing yourself unnecessary time and money. Would highly recommend an alternative agent as these people have no interest in supporting their clients.

GoogleI recently moved into one of the properties advertised. When I arrived things were not as I had anticipated, which caused more than a bit of anxiety of my behalf. Trina was kind, courteous, considerate and explained things in a calm and clear manner. It must be added that this happened on a Saturday afternoon. While many might have fobbed me off to the following Monday, or simply been a lot less pleasant than Trina was, Trina not only stayed late to assist me she did so with good grace. I would also like to thank Trina's manager (whose name I do not know), who was on call to provide help.

GoogleI was very satisfied by the services provided by the agency, they were the intermediate between me and the landlord. Whenever I needed something, they were very responsive and did it for me. Especially Hayley who assisted me during my tenancy period, she was very responsive via email, she sent me an engineer when I had a problem with my boiler, she sent a new fridge when the old one was not working. She made things easier for me. Overall, I would recommend people to rent through this agency since they are very helpful and responsive.PositiveValue
