I completed on my purchase yesterday, and I’ve been very happy overall with the service provided by Your Move, particularly Tayla and Wes. From the initial viewing all the way through to completion, I never once felt frustrated with their service or responsiveness, which made the whole process far smoother than expected. They were consistently helpful in chasing up the various parties involved and keeping things progressing, which I really appreciated during what can often be a stressful time. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always approachable and accommodating when I needed assistance. They handled interactions with the seller professionally and helped facilitate everything in a straightforward way. While I fully understand that, as estate agents, their primary responsibility is to the seller, I still felt that they were overall fair in their approach, which can be important from a buyer’s perspective. Overall, a smooth experience! Thanks once again to Tayla and Wes for their support throughout the process.

I'd had several agencies 'in' to put my property on the market with, but when Sacha from Your Move came to value he was instantly head and shoulders above the others with enthusiasm and great ideas for marketing and selling the property .. I can't thank Tayla enough for her incredible support throughout our journey! From the very beginning, she was kind, approachable, and always available to offer advice and guidance. She even went above and beyond by creating a WhatsApp group with me and my partner, which made communication so much easier. Our first time dealing with Your Move. We decided to move from where we were to a property on their portfolio, we dealt with Ula first, viewing on the same day of us requesting. Come 4pm we had viewed, and offered and been accepted. The process is simple and detailed and Ula was exceptional in helping us through to the end, she made us feel comfortable, wanted and gave us confidence in moving. I have visited over 8 properties with this agency and not only have i not had any luck finding a property with them, 2 of my offers have been pulled out last minute after passing referncing. So not only have I lost 1 weeks deposit from one of the 2 propeties, the agency held onto to the other 1 week depoist i made as they were keen to find me a new property. Which i appriciated as they seemd willing. However, after deciding to view properties with another agency due to runnning out of time and having asked Ella and her team to refund me -it took about 2 weeks of chasing and back and fourth on emails/calls for only to be told that the refund was payed into another account which was not the account I specifeid when asked which account i wanted the refund to be made to... Hopefully, people have a better experience than i did as i had to do alot of chasing and calling which just added on to an already stressful experience.

Ella Mariner helped us a great deal with what proved to be a difficult experience of renting, because a property owner repeatedly changed the time frame and eventually the move fell through. Ella and everyone else we spoke to at your Move did all they could to help us resolve the situation and to get us the house that we wanted. Always friendly and available to speak to, they helped whenever we had a query and despite not renting the house in the end, I would recommend the agency and particularly Ella wholeheartedly.
