These guys helped me find a place within my budget and that also allowed for a dog and garden! Ella was amazing during the whole process and always kept me up to date on what was going on at any specific time. She even got me a congrats card with a personalised message! The whole team greeted me when I went to pick up the keys and had a good laugh whilst answering any questions I had.

Completed the purchase and collected the keys for our House yesterday. I would most definitely recommend Tayla, who has been nothing but fantastic throughout the process. Viewing was arranged at short notice, she was very knowledgeable about the area and the property itself. She helped chase both the solicitors and the vendors and would always reply to emails quickly as well as call to update me. Tayla made us feel like we were her only clients (even though I know she has many), going the extra mile for us, collaborating with one of their branches in London to facilitate speedy confirmation/registration at the beginning of the process. Big thank you to the Gravesend Lettings team. They found me my perfect home in less than a week and moved me within 2 days of me seeing it knowing I had to move quickly. I have to say, Ciara was so friendly and helpful keeping me updated. It was a smooth, quick process and I even got a hamper and card when I collected my keys. I then received an email from Ciara to ask how I was settling in which I thought was above and beyond.
