I worked with this branch of YourMove in relation to a sale in the local area. Karen Patterson was an absolute star to work with throughout the process - managing backchannels and supporting me with the communications between parties through a slightly complicated sale process (leasehold property). In no small part to Karen I credit her for securing the eventual sale of the property where we dealt with first time international buyers with little to no experience of the UK market - thank you hugely Karen and team. One bit of feedback in the current climate - be very mindful of the first valuation and what the market is realistically willing to pay - we came down almost 20% from the valuation initially afforded by YourMove so I would ensure that you have several reference points prior to going to market to manage own expectations too

I recently used Your Move Bexleyheath to let my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every stage, provided sound advice, and were incredibly proactive in marketing the property. Most impressively, they found a suitable tenant very quickly, making what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. I would also like to recognise Jenna, the Property Manager, who has been outstanding. She is always quick to respond to queries and genuinely helpful. It’s reassuring to know that the property is being managed by someone so responsive and dedicated. The entire team at Your Move Bexleyheath has been a pleasure to work with. From initial contact, setting up the viewing to making that offer and taking us through to completion, Mason is was the man to take us through it all. We are so lucky to have Mason and Your Move as our agent on this house purchase. After a very worrying few weeks of trying to find a new rental home as our previous landlord had decide to sell (different agency). We found our new home with the Your Move team in Bexleyheath and we have had a very good experience so far. Chloe and Sanam were friendly, helpful and efficient. We viewed the new house, did all the reference checks, got the keys and moved in within a month. Any queries or concerns have been dealt with quickly and they respond to emails on the same day. Mason was very patient with me and our solicitors who were absolutely hopeless. He did everything in his power to hurry them along when they were dragging their heels and taking far to long to get things done.He kept me informed of developments when they did happen and chased up people when necessary I lost it several times because of the incompetence of my solicitor but mason was always calm and professional. He worked with Dan the manager of the agents at bexleyheath who also worked hard to push things along and whose long experience in the business proved invaluable. Thanks to both of you. We got there in the end.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Your Move, Bexleyheath, particularly Dan Carlisle. He was, from the outset of giving a probate valuation to the final sale, very professional. His suggestion to use the Modern Method of Auction proved to be the most suitable option in the circumstance. With his guidance the process was as smooth and quick as it could have been. We bought our first home from your move and sold that same home 4 years later with them. We were so happy with the service every time. Spencer, Karen and the team really listened to us and wanted the best for us. I feel like we got to know them personally. Karen went above and beyond by helping me get stuff out of the loft on our last day. I don’t know many estate agents that would do that. I was in such a panic and we was really stuck the day of our move, she helped so much. If we ever decide to move again we will sell with them. If anyone else i know needs an estate agents, i will always recommend them. Thanks to all the team and making the process more bearable! :)

dealt with Your Move Bexleyheath. I was told by Anya that I could move in by the 10th if my references came back on time. The move-in was delayed multiple times due to landlord compliance issues, not me. Despite explaining I needed a property urgently, they blamed me for pulling out and held my deposit. Communication was poor and dates kept changing, very stressful experience

Throughout your application, we explained that any proposed move-in was subject to all legal compliance requirements being satisfied, including the necessary HMO licensing documentation, which was outside of our control. Our team did everything possible to progress your tenancy and kept you updated throughout. At no stage did we withdraw the property or cancel your application. The application remained active until you chose to withdraw after securing an alternative property elsewhere. We appreciate that the delay was frustrating, but we must also ensure all legal requirements are met before allowing anyone to move into a property. We believe this is in the best interests of both our landlords and tenants. We have responded to your complaint directly and remain happy to engage through our formal complaints procedure should you wish to discuss the matter further. Out of the 3 Agencies we chose to sell our property I always had faith in Your Move. Spencer came around to value our property and he was the only one that was honest with us and made us feel confident about the Company, he stuck to his word all the way through. We didn't even have to chase him for updates, he was the first one to call and make us feel at ease. The sale through Your Move has been flawless, all the staff have been a pleasure too, so helpful and putting up with my regular calls to the Office! I tried on multiple occasions to contact this letting estate agent regarding the property on Paddock Road for a viewing with no call back as my friend lives on the road, i since saw this property has gone under let agreed, without even giving me a chance to view???? poor customer service, after reviewing the listing again, i can also see the agent has not provided any information about the property and the letting bullet points notes "Fees apply" which i believe is illegal!?? Avoid.

Your Move has been more than outstanding in delivering their services when we bought our first home! In particular Karen has been absolutely fantastic; she went out of her way to help us and acted more on our behalf by regularly updating us, chasing documents that even our aolicitors failed to do and advised us honestly and in our best interest. We felt that Karen was as happy as we were when we got the keys! Dan has also been amazingly helpful! I highly, highly reccommend them and when I will need these services again I would no doubt choose Your Move and also their solicitors as things will go smoother and quicker, plus the fees are affordable.
