The service I received from the Bexleyheath You Move team was outstanding. A friend of mine had recommended them and I wasn't disappointed. From day one, the service I received was amazing. From taking the pictures and uploading them onto the internet and the outstanding support from Karen who found the perfect buyer at very short notice for us to ensure our purchase didn't fall through. I would like to say a very big thank you to Ben Hanington who managed the transaction from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, he is professional and personable, he went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to deal with him. The service Ben provided made the whole transaction a very positive experience. Thanks to all of the team.

Very blessed to have "Your Move" in Bexleyheath selling our property. Even when things were a particular struggle with our sale, we felt no temptation to consider alternative options, as the team at Your Move showed great care and well thought out processes of "pushing ahead", giving us great confidence that we had the best people for the job. Here's some adjectives...professional, hard working, thorough, polite, friendly and open to debate. If you want to sell your house...go there!

From start to finish, our experience with Your Move, Bexleyheath branch was excellent. Despite having a very complicated sale, the team remained committed, professional, and supportive throughout. Dan stood out in particular, always helpful, respectful, clear in his communication, and genuinely driven by the best intentions for his clients. We also had interactions with other team members like Spencer at the branch, and they were equally helpful and professional, making the entire process much smoother. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team!

From the moment we met Dan Carlisle and Karen Patterson, we felt confident that 'Your Move Estate Agents' were the right choice to sell our Mother's bungalow. They have conducted all viewings and negotiations for us effectively and efficiently - which has been a great help. They have given us invaluable advice which has helped us in our decision-making along the journey. We have been kept informed at all times on the progress of the sale. We highly recommend 'Your Move' and in particular, Karen Patterson.

Really pleased to write this review as Your Move processed our tenancy on a rental with ease and absolute professionalism. We would especially like to thank Sanam who’s efforts on regular updating us really went above and beyond our expectations. We’re moving into our property this week and would happily recommend Your Move as our experience of other estate agents was nothing but frustrating and stressful. Big thanks again!

Karen was fab from the Day 1 and today is the completion of our purchase. Karen Patterson at Bexleyheath was easy to reach out over the phone. We’ve spoken a few times throughout and she always took a sensible / practical perspective on matters discussed. She kept the solicitors on their toes!

With Libby's assistance, I successfully moved into this property. Her understanding nature was evident when I shared my struggles in finding a new place amid my busy schedule. Right from the beginning, she was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all my concerns via emails and calls. During the final paperwork phase, I encountered some challenges, but Libby quickly offered solutions that helped me navigate the process smoothly. I admire her dedication to both Your Move and her customers; she is truly exceptional.

The team were so helpful and really good at making the whole process of selling with all the obstacles that come with it as good as it can be. Dan always had solutions to issues and was diligent with keeping communication and I’m certain that he and his team did so much more than I knew about in securing and ensuring the sale for me. Much recognition deserved for a big name agent
