GoogleI recently sold my home through Whitegates Sefton and everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A huge thank you to James and the entire team. I completely agree with all the positive reviews. No business will ever have 100% happy customers, but I can honestly say that whenever I needed help, advice or an update, the team was always there. My property sold within just five days and the sale completed only 12 weeks later. They work tirelessly every day for their clients, and for that reason I am more than happy to give them five stars. Highly recommended!

GoogleHerdip was absolutely amazing in helping me secure my dream flat. With me in transition between two countries and not always having every document to hand, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful in finding solutions. She never made me feel a nuisance for being a "little more complicated", just patiently worked through every question with me, replying to emails promptly and meeting me at the flat twice without hesitation. I honestly couldn't have asked for better support. Thank you Herdip!!

GoogleWhitegates Wrexham were very professional and thorough helping me sell my house. From the beginning I received a fair and accurate evaluation and the house sold eventually for near that amount. Despite having 3 sales fall through due to surveyors scaring off buyers, they were very helpful, quickly procuring new views of the property and helping it sell. The only slight negative was that at times, communicating with them was a bit difficult (receiving email replies back or ringing with no one answering the phone). Otherwise my experience overall was good, and I would use them again in the future.
