After my property remained unsold, despite being on the market for some time, I transferred to Whitegates - what a difference! Valuer, Emma came along, well prepared, having researched the area and local market. She explained everything clearly. Our sales contact was the fabulous Mandy....always taking time to patiently explain what was happening As the viewings began, usually ably ccompanied by Matthew or Richard, we promptly received helpful and constructive feedback. Mandy was as excited as I was when an offer was offered and accepted. Her reassuring voice, so welcome during the times we were waiting for the process to unfold. I unreservedly recommend Whitegates and its family of capable colleagues. They definitely made the selling process as painless ad possible.

Having had our property on the market with a rival agent for 8 months with no real interest, we decided to put our trust in Whitegates. 6 weeks on the market and property sold. That says it all. I’ve recently sold our house through Whitegates and from the very beginning the process has been seamless. Emma was great at coming to value and arranging the listing. All of the team I’ve spoken with over the past few months (mainly Matt, Connor & Jess) were friendly, personable and very understanding. When our original sale fell through they worked very quickly to relist and found another buyer within days. Best Estate Agent we've ever used, we would definitely use Whtegates again, as the other agents we've used in the past did not provide the same level of professionalism. Excellent Brochure with amazing photos and discriptioon of the property. James Owen worked so hard on the sale of our home which took a lot of phoning trying to move the sale forward. We first met James a year earlier when he showed us a property that Whitegate was selling and it was after the viiewing that James did, helped us to decide that we would use them ourselves. James was so smartly dressed, answered all our queries promptly. James sold us the home that we now live in. James is able to point out features that are not so obvious to a potential buyer. James also negotiated a really good price for the sale of our house. All the staff at Whitegates were so helpful and professional, and we'd also like to make a special thanks to Connor who was at the other end of the phone. The sale process of my property was made really simple, I had quite a lot of viewings in a very short space of time. Matt conducted the vast majority of those viewings, his approach made both myself and the viewers really comfortable, and he was able to share knowledge and inspire with me which I found to be really useful during the viewing stage. There was also a very considerable amount of support from Jess Lyne who was extremely patient with us going back and forth with offers and negotiations in order to get sale of the property over the line, the nature of the situation meant that communication wasn’t particularly straight forward, but Jess really went above and beyond to accommodate that. I can’t that you enough for the help and support you all provided!
