GoogleWhitegates gates is using false advertisements, as they are advertised they sold my property to which is clearly not the case .. and I will be reporting to trading standards..the property in teal way was not sold by whitegates. They are just trying to get trade to which we will be reporting.

To clarify, our advertising is never intended to mislead and we take compliance with advertising standards very seriously. On this occasion, we did make a mistake by ordering a sstc slip to be attached to the for sale board, when it was not in fact sold by us. We apologise again for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for raising it with us.

GoogleProfessional, expert advice all the way through. The marketing and valuation was super efficient. They managed the viewings superbly and the house sold quickly. Once that happened we couldn't have asked for a better agent. The sales process was expertly and super efficiently delivered all the way through by Sarah and the team. She is the most proactive person I have had the pleasure to deal with. Always pleasant and gets things done. I can't praise her highly enough to be honest.

GoogleWe can't praise Whitegates highly enough, they were there for us and guided us through every step of the way. Paul Gilligan was very helpful in getting us sorted out and everything set up and ready initially. Beckie Taylor and Sarah Payne were especially friendly and helpful, both very dedicated and professional, having gone above and beyond to make our house move smooth and successful. These were our "go to" ladies throughout, when they said they would do things or get back to you, they actually did, without leaving you hanging or wondering what was going on. GoogleJosh has been fantastic! We had to deal with 2 very incompetent solicitors who made our move extremely stressful. Josh helped every step of the way going above and beyond to keep me sane, chasing enquiries relentlessly and keeping the communication channels open about everything. Without Josh, we wouldn't be in our house now, as he himself, answered 2 of our enquiries that the solicitors wouldn't. Thank you for everything you have done Josh. We would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying! Give this man a raise! I will miss our daily end of day calls!
