GoogleYou will not be disappointed using Whitegates to sell your home.
In May they gave me a valuation which was very reasonable but I went with a different agent who told me ‘what I wanted to hear’. They were ok but left all the viewings to me with no guidance and in 5 months and only 5 viewings later (1 offer falling through) I went ‘cap in hand’ to Whitegates. They suggested a reasonable asking price and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I felt completely listened to and understood following my previous experience and the service was impeccable from every single member of staff. They carried out every viewing, returned calls and emails promptly, secured an offer and when the 1st offer fell through, secured a 2nd offer in 24 hours and only £5 under asking price. During Sale Progression I was given regular updates, even to say they were waiting to hear back from solicitors.
I learnt the hard way that an agent can give you a figure that is attractive but getting the sale through to completion is another thing. The whole team should be very proud of themselves, they are great at what they do and give the impression it’s not just a job to them, they really care.
