Whitegates is the 1st place we'd come back to when we choose our next step and is mainly thanks to Fiona. We had a few hiccups with gleesons and lawyers etc but Fiona was the anchor in communication, professionalism and what you'd want from a representative/estate agents. She was the ONLY one who was "with us" each step of the way from start to finish. As said, she is the reason we would choose whitegates next time. Thankyou so much fiona. Whitegates have been great to work with. the guy who came to value the house who was polite and respectful and gave a good value that was similar to other agencies. He was quick to get things moving but that was still all my pace. Our case handler Josh has been exceptional. The house selling process has not been an easy one with buyers pulling out and new buyers wanting to renegotiate a lot. Josh has always answered my calls/emails and has been great at helping me navigate all of thism I would not struggle to recommend whitegates but in particular, Josh, as a case handler.

Rented a property from this firm. Inventory completed at the beginning highlighted many issues, which I was told that they would be noted. Upon exit from tenancy, they will tried to claim that things noted were now my responsibility to cover, to which they have refused to speak to me on the phone. Exchanges over email have been one-sided - please do not rent from this firm, as their practices as an estate agent are alot to be desired, especially when to comes to renters rights.

I had 2 tenanted properties managed by Whitegates, and I recently sold one of them, using Whitegates as the selling agent. The support and assistance from all the staff at Whitegates was excellent. They were helpful, professional, and regularly kept me up to date with progress. I was out of the country for some months during the sale, but this didn't affect the process in any way as they covered issues that I could not easily address. They were in regular contact with my solicitor and I was thoroughly impressed by the whole team. Special thanks to Gail but they were all commendable.
