Excellent smooth experience from start to finish. Dealt with Neive from the start and then Olivia with sale of the property and both were absolutely amazing. Special shout to Neive for attending all the viewings with us prior to getting the keys and also a thank you for the new home goody box on collection of the keys from Olivia. This was a first time house purchase for us and previously having a bad experience with another estate agent, both the ladies at whitegates did a great job. Keep up the good work :)

Have been with whitegates for 10 years now so definitely happy with the service. Stood out recently though when I completed a full property renovation. Adam was honestly amazing! Project managed from beginning to end with only involvement from me where and when I wanted while keeping me fully informed throughout. The speed he managed to get contractors organised and work completed was honestly amazing and something I definitely could not have done myself. So happy with the result and had such a short gap between tenants considering the amount of work completed. Cannot recommend Whitegates’s, and specifically Adam enough.

Whitegates have been nothing but accommodating to my partner and I since moving into our first home 6 months ago. Great communication from Marie, who quickly helped facilitate our boiler to be fixed. Middle of winter we were worried it could take a while, but she was great at making sure everything got sorted as soon as possible. I have never been so disappointed with how the staff can’t perform a profesional role. However Adam Clarke has been trying to help. I have been contacting Whitegates for more than a couple of months about problems in the property. Sink was blocked we were not able to wash the dishes and had to wash them in the bathroom this was not caused by us or Whitegates however it was not fixed after a month and a half. Mould in the carpet for over 1 year. Washing machine did not work because of the blockage so we had to wash the clothes in the Laundrette which meant more money. Ive always been patient and understanding but I can see that the Landlord in this property has not been helping us im disappointed and hopeless. I don’t wish this for anyone to experience. 😔

At first, I loved this estate agent! They were quick with communication and dealt with any issues I had. However then building management informed estate agents the whole block of flats would have to move out due to a severe leak in one of the flats. Adam Clarke dealt with this and whilst everyone in the flats got there notice, he failed to inform me this was happening. It wasn’t until 5 days before I was meant to move out that I found out this sad news from another tenant! The stress this caused was crazy. Wouldn’t recommend them after this as to be honest they push you on the phone to leave them good reviews and I will deffo avoid in the future!
