GoogleAfter our fair share of viewings with numerous uninterested estate agents, we were very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and honesty of Jordan. He was very knowledgeable about the house we were viewing and because we were not local, he took the time to let us know about the surrounding areas to give us a better view of things. He made us feel like he had all the time in the world for us and our questions, rather than rushing us to get on to the next appointment. A breath of fresh air and we would recommend him to anyone. A shoutout to Olivia as well, she has been extremely professional and an excellent communicator. Our requests/concerns have been listened to and communicated to all parties, so we feel like we are actually being heard! Why can't all estate agents be this good?

GoogleI consulted whitegates recently as I was searching for a 1 bedroom flat in Nottingham. The agent I spoke to Adam Clarke was extremely helpful and understood my needs. He helped me find a 2 bedroom end terrace house pretty much immediately, set me up with a viewing 2 days later and supported me through the application process. As a result I was able to get a tenancy agreement in place on the same day as my viewing and I could not be more happy with the service provided. Nathan has been supporting me through the admin side of the move and has always kept me in the loop with everything and has been very friendly. Adam was very understanding when I collected my keys in a bit of a rush due to removals arriving! Ended up living in a house that the landlady had neglected, so every 2 weeks there would be a new problem. The landlady was not useful at all always deflecting problems and sending in cowboy builders to sort out jobs.
However constant help from Helen got us what we needed (after a lot of hard work from her to get the landlord to fix anything) the staff here are really helpful and unlike other estate agents they’re actually fair and Neutral, never taking the landlady’s or my side, they did the job of refereeing the whole tenancy brilliantly.
When it came to moving out, we explained that the reason for moving was not their fault as they had been so helpful. Adam has been our contact through the moving period and he has been amazing, helped us with getting a fair amount of the deposit back and has also posted letters back for myself (even though he could have made me collect them) but as we are so busy and have moved 60 miles away it has been a huge help.
I can’t fault the team one but always helpful and ready to do their job.

GoogleFirstly, let me just say this review is well overdue. Whitegates have been managing my property for over 18 months now and I have never been disappointment not once! Every member of the team I have corresponded with is extremely helpful, polite and efficient.
Adam my property manager is simply amazing he is so hands on, whenever there are any queries from the tenant he reaches out to me straight away, he is always available via email or phone and when he's away he gives the team member who is taking over a full briefing so I do not have to explain everything we had discussed up to that point. What I also like is that although they have there own inhouse painters, decorators, cleaners (which is also a bonus) they do not pressure you to use them. For example, when I needed to get new pipes installed Adam sent out one of their plumbers for a quote, however I wanted to get my own plumber to have a look and it wasn't an issue. Adam was really accommodating when it came to arranging availability with the tenants. Some agents would have had an issue and made things awkward as it is beneficial for all the business to stay inhouse but that was not the case with Whitegates. I must say this is by far the best agents I have had, the service I had received is outstanding.
