I explained that I was a new investor and needed guidance on the area, tenant type stock and I couldn't have asked for better!
Jordan asked what areas I'd looked at, amongst other questions. When I replied I had done some investigations but wanted help, he couldn't have been more helpful, not only that but his knowledge and encouragement gave me such a boost.
I'm so pleased that we now have platforms to leave feedback when you get great service instead if Just complaining.

GoogleAdam has been nothing but extraordinary with the rental of my property in Mapperley, Nottingham. The previous estate agent struggled to get the property rented despite being completely refurbished , and after 3 weeks of waiting I decided to contact White Gates. Adam managed to get the property rented in 3 days !!! £30 p/m more than what the previous agent advertised. He continued to arrange the remaining minors maintenance works for the property in record time with very short notice. 2, They acted on both seller and buyer’s behalf to bridge the communication gap (big one as we know) of solicitors, they have even done some administration work which should be done by my solicitor to speed things up for both said and ease the stressful situation.
3: Their fee is very reasonable and competitive.
4: They vetted everyone who made the offer carefully and agreed with me the most suitable buyer.
5: They always responded their phone calls and emails immediately / 1st chance they have. Communication is spot on with them.
6: They always managed to fine the best solution when problem occurs.
7: They made me feel like a real person / individual rather than just “another client with a house”. They are real people person with positive attitude and respectful manner.
8: Last but not least, they are super down to earth, cheerful, respectful, friendly, committed, honest, and extremely helpful. They really have gone above and beyond!
Selling / buying can be really stressful, even more in this Covid situation, plus I work at the front line for NHS. I have no idea how would I manage without them!
I have dealt with other agencies before, NO ONE has put this much effort like they have done, they made the whole process as easy as possible and made me feel so relaxed.

It's been challenging being a tenant, with different people coming and going. I used to find I always struggled with reporting repairs, different people took details but never the same person following it through at a timely manner, I always chased it up. Well the past 18 months has been a happy surprise to me with efficiency and professionalism all queries and repairs have been acted on immediately and followed through to the end which is a tenants dream thanks to Adam Clarke.
