GoogleHaving been a tenant for the past 12 years with the same landlord, who has used the same estate agent going from (blowers brothers) to whitegates. It's been challenging being a tenant, with different people coming and going. I used to find I always struggled with reporting repairs, different people took details but never the same person following it through at a timely manner, I always chased it up. Well the past 18 months has been a happy surprise to me with efficiency and professionalism all queries and repairs have been acted on immediately and followed through to the end which is a tenants dream thanks to Adam Clarke.

GoogleI dealt with Whitegates Sherwood for over two years, in this time they were always quick to respond and help with any issues we had. I did find the team member Adam Clarke to be extremely helpful when I was moving out of the property, he answered all my questions clearly and was reassuring of the entire process, no question felt stupid and he always returned my calls and emails. I would definitely seek to deal with him personally again should I need the services of Whitegates Sherwood.

GoogleI have a property maintained by Whitegates, since 2018. I really appreciate their service especially Adam Clarke. He is very professional, very approachable and so prompt in responding to email and phone calls to answer any inquiry. He would take time to explain everything very nicely and reassure you. He would go extra length to help you even in these Covid times. He is very experianced and his helpfulness and reliabilty has made me stick around with Whitegates.

In the beginning I had a property manager who, in all honesty, wasnβt too great but after a few months I was informed that Adam was my new property manager and everything changed! He was very professional, fast to respond and always happy to help! Whenever I had a problem he would keep me updated on the progress and always did all he could to ensure I got the outcome I wanted! GoogleMe being completely honest, i don't normally leave reviews but thanks to Adam I had to let everyone know that his actions had a really high impact on overall experience I had with the agency. When I first moved in the property there was completely different staff working.One year in,new staff took over including Adam. Previously i had so much issues with solving problems during the period I was renting the place. Appliances and issues took forever to fix , if they got fixed at all. Now since Adam joined , everything was so much better. He kept me updated all the time about things that will be changed, when and what exactly will happen. Things that i was waiting previously for months got done within a week thanks to him. An absolute credit and a massive asset to the company !!

He answered all my questions about the process and what to expect. The viewing I went on was great, Covid safe and a thorough look over the property. GoogleI have now dealt with this office for 13 years and from the outset my experience has been nothing but excellent . The personal touch really means a lot to them and it is most important to me too.
There was a very short period where they tried taking away some of the admin and centralise it in another office. However (and all credit to them) they soon realised that it was not the best solution for their clients and quickly said "we got it wrong" and brought everything back into the Sherwood office. That tells me loads about their customer focus and long may it continue. The team at Sherwood keep me posted on everything that is happening with viewings , repairs, contracts etc, so I never have to chase them for information . From tales that I've heard, there are some lettings in Nottingham I would not touch, but Whitegate's have my absolute trust

GoogleWhitegates have managed my rental property for the last 3 years, and have always treated me and my tenants professionally and with respect. When it came time to sell my house Paul has been an exceptional agent. The house was listed and sold for a competitive price within days of my instruction. Throughout the sales process the communication and help from Paul and his team has been superb, from dealing with the departing tenants and negotiating with the buyers they have been responsive and above all helpful to the point of making the whole process pretty painless. I can't recommend the team at Whitegates highly enough.
