GoogleMy experience with starting to rent with Whitegates has been incredible - everything has been very smooth, efficient and friendly. I would personally want to thank Adam as he has been a great help with finding a property and showing a viewing. Would definitely recommend! UPDATE - the maintenance team (Marie, Aaron & Pete) are very friendly and quick to fix any issues. Whenever I have needed anything fixed or looked at in the flat they have been professional and accommodating.

GoogleWe have used Whiregates for a number of years, since they took over from McClean. We have had very positive experience but my main contact is always Adam. Adam provides exceptional customer service. When I've met him in person he's calm, clear and takes things seriously even if they probably are relatively minor. I have a lot of confidence in him and he's invariably responsive and transparent with me which is highly valued when someone is managing your investments. I have given four rather than five stars simply because it can be difficult to get an answer from the office on the phone.

GoogleI am a landlord who was looking to switch to a new lettings agency. From my first enquiries at Whitegates, Adam Clarke was incredibly helpful. My property needed quite a bit of work to get it ready for rental and Adam arranged everything the property needed. Everything has been sorted quickly and I have been kept well informed about everything from costs to time-scales. Communication in general with all of the team at Whitegates has been fantastic - I have received helpful and speedy responses to every query - no matter how small. GoogleHad a small maintenance issue but the maintenance team were able to pick it up and deal with it very quickly, Marie was really helpful with arranging the works access for a time that worked for me and Aaron did a great job with fixing my issue :)

Adam has been extremely professional, very prompt with emails and has made the whole rental process so smooth. With Adam’s advice and expertise, tenants were found within a week and were moved in before Christmas! He has gone above and beyond to look after our tenants, even whilst we have been away on holiday and over the Christmas and New Year period! Thank you so much Adam! GoogleWhen I met Adam, I was it was at the end of e string of very bad experiences with Letting Agencies, and had to manage the let by myself for a bit. Adam came to the address and actively listened as I gave the 'lay of the land'. He gave assurances regarding Whitegate's supportive and fair approach in the management of my property. They found very good tennants and kept to their word. Adam's professionalism, knowledge as well as his supporting staff meant that I was able to share less of my focus on the property and trust Whitegate's to follow through. I have not been in any way disappointed. My sincere thanks to Adam and his team. I have already given their name to other property owning friends and will continue to do so. Well done Whitegates. GoogleWe had a great experience working with Mr. Adam Clarke, Lettings Manager, Whitegates. When I and my wife moved to UK in 2020, it was really challenging especially in the middle of Covid pandemic, and we were renting for the first time. As soon as we met Adam, he was extremely accommodating and explained us everything and showed us tailored properties that suited us. He was very knowledgeable and proactive and made the processing stress-free. Within no time we were able to move into an excellent property. Now we are moving out of the country after 3 years and we thought we should thank Adam for all his support during these years and thank you for your incredible work!! GoogleOver the past 7 years I've rented from different agencies and I can say it's a huge difference in people and management. I've been with Whitegates for about 1 year and they are absolutely amazing. Repairs are done efficiently and enquiries answered fast, all staff is properly trained, friendly, polite and helpful especially Adam, one of the managers at Whitegates. Dealing with a lot and different people shows how much dedication and qualifications he has. I wish I found Whitegates a lot earlier because it would have made our lives easier and better.
