GoogleI had an issue with the hot water, so I contacted Marie, and she arranged everything quickly, scheduling the repair for the very next day. She also contacted me several times to make sure everything was going well. Pete did an excellent job fixing the problem, and both he and Marie were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout. Huge thanks to Marie and Pete for such outstanding service!

GoogleWe have recently rented a one bedroom flat using whitegates letting agency Beeston and have been very much satisfied and happy with their excellent services. Me and my husband especially would like to thank Lewis Clarence who has been our link at whitegates for his excellent professional service given to us during the entire process of application. Also Lewis was very friendly to us and respond very quickly to all our queries during the entire process which made our journey easy to start a tenant. From our experience we highly recommended whitegates letting agency.

GoogleI recently contacted the maintenance team at Whitegates and it was an incredibly efficient process. Previous dealings with maintenance teams from other letting agencies has made me sceptical about time frames and quality of work completed, however, the team at Whitegates really have gone above and beyond to find a resolution to my issue. A recent boiler problem left me without hot water. What I thought may be a painstaking ordeal turned out to be quite the opposite. Marie kept me informed throughout the whole process, with quick responses and comprehensive updates on the status of the situation. The visits from both Aaron and Pete (the friendly plumbers) led to a speedy diagnosis and an equally efficient fix. I cannot rate this service and Whitegates as a company highly enough, all their teams have been a delight to work with and I am confident any future issues, if they arise, will be dealt with professionally and efficiently. 5/5 from me!

(rented from another agent not Whitegates) Contacted Whitegates Maintenance and Marie was on it as always and booked the job ASAP. GoogleDo not rent out through Whitegates Beeston. This agency should not have been allowed to be in a market at very first place. Extremely unprofessional staff and behaviour at Whitegates Beeston. All is good till you encounter some problem as a tenant. They do not reply to your queries and start ignoring. They will do their level best to hold your deposit for all the fabricated reasons. Extremely extremely disappointed. Decided to fight my case till the end. To get this posted, had to select atleast 1 star which if given a choice will delete it as well.
Hello Heena/Mohammed I’m sorry to read that you feel so aggrieved. As you point out, I considered at the time that it was important that I personally got involved with your condensation issue and indeed did meet you at the house. As discussed, internal mould and condensation is common in houses that have high humidity and are poorly ventilated. When you showed me the problems there was heavy condensation on some window panes, so much so, that puddles were forming on the window sills. Still, we did refer the matter back to the landlord (who used to live in the house) but he was of the opinion that the house needed more ventilation and unfortunately wouldn’t authorise any expenditure. With regards to your deposit, we require the house to be returned in a clean condition and the garden to be tidied. We are not being unreasonable. As you are aware, we are members of the Tenancy Dispute Service and you are welcome to refer your complaint to it and they will make an unbiased adjudication. Also, I have checked with the statistics on TDS website and we have returned 98.4% of tenants' deposits with no dispute. Kind regards Julian Divine Director

GoogleIt took us a while to get a viewing but when it happened Lewis was really helpful. Our viewing happened on time and was followed up.with an email explaining the next steps. The agency was at the end of the phone with any queries we had and updated us with the landlords instructions without prompt.
