GoogleWhitegates are a great company who cater to the needs of their customers and go above and beyond. Excellent 5* service. The agent we dealt with in particular was Dylan Saxton-Corner, a friendly and professional gentleman who understood our needs. The process of renting a property has been made simple, straightforward and stress-free thanks to Dylan and his top-notch service. Definitely a prime example of how to treat and deal with customers and me and my partner couldn't be happier. Looking forward to moving into our new property and my thanks Dylan for all his help. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 :)

GoogleDo not rent out through Whitegates Beeston. This agency should not have been allowed to be in a market at very first place. Extremely unprofessional staff and behaviour at Whitegates Beeston. All is good till you encounter some problem as a tenant. They do not reply to your queries and start ignoring. They will do their level best to hold your deposit for all the fabricated reasons. Extremely extremely disappointed. Complained about mould and they didn't even bother to fix such problem. In and out of the hospital due to spread of mould everywhere, health and safety regarding their old time fire place. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO RENT FROM THIS PEOPLE . THEY ARE NO DIFFERENT FROM THE PRIME MINISTER AND HIS FRAUDSTERS.

GoogleRecently viewed a property with Lewis from Whitegates. Opted for a different property in the end, but only because it suited my needs better. The viewing experience was great, Lewis was friendly and open, happy to help; even timing the viewing around me working night shifts.

GoogleThe shower broke the day I was going into hospital for a hip replacement . I messaged Marie on the Friday. She was really brilliant, and rather than wait for the landlord chased them Explained my situation and how much I needed the shower and just got it sorted. She managed my expectations and said it would be Monday at the earliest. Pete came out on the Tuesday . I explained to Marie the door was open I couldn’t get up and was in bed but the door was open. She rang him to make sure there was no stress, he got on with it and knowing I was in no state to clean or check the work left it perfect like no one had been there. I couldn’t even check it was working until I had a visitor. Then Marie checked and made sure I was ok. Pete then stuck his head around the door to give some empathy (his dad had had the same operation) before leaving. All in all absolutely flawless job by maintenance team , Marie in particular, and Peter. The human face of landlords recognising my poor health and responding appropriately. Thank you so much xxx Tim

GoogleHave been in the Whitegates managed property as a renter in a an HMO for over a year now .I find them as a customer oriented service provider with a prompt , friendly and professional approach at all times Marie does an excellent, job with her Prompt revert backs and follow ups especially with the maintenance issues. Jack is outstanding as a patient and balanced listener in conflict resolution situations in a shared accomodation environment , and delivers his part promptly and effectively. Keep up the good work, team Whitegates !

GoogleOur experience with whitegates as tenants has so far been great. Really good communication from viewing to moving in. We had big issues finding a house to rent at the time, with properties selling out sometimes within minutes due to demand and after visiting many estate agents whitegates helped us with a viewing. The contract signing and paperwork was made as easy as possible and we moved in a few week later. The maintenance team have responded very quickly to issues, usually arriving the next day. Big thanks to Marie for quickly organising someone to attend and fix a leak we had recently. Only area that could be improved would be to tidy up the general appearance of the properties before tenants move in. Ours could have done with a quick paint job as areas of paint had flaked off the walls and generally looked worn and tired. However overall I would certainly recommend whitegates for anyone looking to rent.

GoogleIt's that time of year again for all the statutory checks to be made and certificates to be obtained to enable my property to continue as a HMO for a further academic year. All I need to do is rely upon the trusted team at Whitegates to continue managing my property for me. Karen has been especially helpful in ensuring everything is in place for a prompt and reliable continuation of service to facilitate the smooth transition from last year's tenants to welcome the new anticipated tenants. Marie has also been of great help along with Whitegates maintenance team who attended when necessary and were conscientious in ensuring minimum disruption and inconvenience to the tenants. The accounts team have always ensured rents are all up to date, also paperwork and bills for maintenance and repair have been handled professionally and in a timely manner. Jack Knight effortlessly signed up new tenants despite all the limitations and restrictions due to the pandemic, calling and emailing me with updates and information as and when necessary. Jordan provided excellent pictures and video recordings to assist Jack in the preliminary virtual viewings for the tenants. Olivia Clark remains a stalwart member of the sales team and along with all the letting team are wonderful assets to Whitegates. This is to be my third year with my HMO property, I have no hesitation in continuing the management of my property with Whitegates and highly recommend them.

GoogleThank you to Whitegates Beeston for always being so helpful and professional. I have only had excellent experiences with them. Karen Hall was happy to me help me rapidly when I had an issue with my boiler and she made sure that was solved as soon as possible! The contractor Kevin was really lovely and worked exceptionally well to sort out things in the bathroom and made sure they were to a high quality standard, we were really impressed! Thank you to all!
