Just a few words of thanks to the Gas Engineer, Pete, who carried out the task in a professional, thorough, friendly manner. It gives peace of mind to know that trusted, professionals are ensuring that all is safe. Also a big thank you to Karen and Marie who always respond quickly to any query or issue that arises and have been extremely helpful in sorting repairs issues.

GoogleAfter being a tenant with Whitegates for 9 years, I found them very responsive, Marie always kept in touch regarding any issues or repairs raised. I know it’s hard for them due to being in the middle of both tenants and landlords.. Both Marie and Karen deserve medals as go between for myself and my landlord they still managed to keep there heads (Which at times must have been hard) The majority of tradesmen they use are fantastic also especially Pete who had his work cut out, but always had a smile on his face.. I’d recommend them as a letting agency to both sides landlords and tenants as they look after both sides as best they can.. GoogleWe moved to a property early March 2025, with the help of Lewis who was quick, ready to help, and effective with the paperwork and renting process. We also requested a few small repairs in the property and, with the help of Katie and Marie, everything got sorted rapidly. We are very happy with Whitegates as they are fast to respond and manage the requests from the tenants.

GoogleAs a landlord I've been with Whitegates for 10 years now and have always found the staff to be very friendly and efficient, always keeping me up to date with all stages of the tenant finding process. I have rarely been without a tenant for more than a few weeks. Marie has been brilliant with any ongoing tenancy issues I've had, I have always found her very professional and knowledgeable, often going the extra mile to get things sorted for me. It's lovely to feel that you are getting a bit more of a personal touch. I didn't even release how the enter process semlessly completed and on time. She is very friendly and transperant. Provided / explained all information / detail that I need. GoogleI have been a Tenant thought Whitegates for 10 months already. Especially thanks Karen Hall and Marie Storer, their professional service are brilliant. They sorted out the problem was very promptly. When I found my boiler had problem few weeks ago, they asked the Gas Engineer, Pete to fix it and changed the parts as fast as he can. Good Team Works!! GoogleThis is my first experience moving, and during this current time Reka has been absolutely amazing. She has been very responsive to emails (even at 10pm in one case!). Even after the initial month, I am still able to get constant updates regarding work being sorted out on the property. GoogleGreetings, Just left Whitegates property in Beeston and I have to say about Karen Hall, that she not only helped with any problem I had during my stay in the property for about 5 years, but she was fantastic and very calm in explaining any detail about property concerned. Also, her responses to my emails were incredibly fast and prompt, with very easy explanations so that I can understand all the process. I recommend her with all confidence and if I could, I would give her all the stars possible, if the 5 stars were not the maximum accepted. :)Thank you very much Karen for your great job and I wish you all the best. GoogleWhitegates and especially Reka were great in helping sort out our tenancy, the team was incredibly patient with me constantly calling with small questions! It did take a little longer to sort than I had expected but I've only rented student accommodation before this so the process might be a little different! We had a little thing which needed fixing/looking at when we had moved in and they had sent someone round in a matter of hours which I was very impressed with as when renting before we often had to wait days before anything got looked at or fixed.

Olivia was the person we turned to the most for up to date information and depended on to help lean on the solicitors. GoogleI just wanted to send some really positive feed back about our yearly inspection that was carried out by Karen Hall. My family and I have lived at the address for over 6yrs now and as long tearm tenants in our home we have had many inspections. Karen was an absolute delight to meet and had the up most respect for our little home. She was very professional with her attention to detail on all repairs that need doing to our house. She took plenty of photographs and documented everything which was clear when we had the report sent to us the very next day. This is something that has never happened before. I feel very reassured. Thank you very much. I am sure Karen hall will be a very valued member of the Whitegates team.

FacebookDo not rent through this agency. This agency should not have been allowed to be in a market at very first place. Extremely unprofessional staff and behaviour at Whitegates Beeston. All is good till you encounter some problem as a tenant. They do not reply to your queries and start ignoring. They will try their level best to hold your deposit for all the fabricated reasons. Anyone who is interested in finding more about this agency, kindly contact me via email and will explain in detail with proofs. Extremely extremely disappointed. Decided to fight my case till the end. To get this posted, had to select atleast 1 star which if given a choice will delete it as well.
