Freya was absolutely brilliant throughout the buying process. She was the perfect mediator and communicator, at one point clarifying an issue that had extended the process over a month between all the parties involved - once taken in hand and clarified by Freya this problem was resolved within quite literally 2 hours. Freya actively listened and was attentive to all my concerns as a first time buyer. She was transparent and keen to help. She went above and beyond and for that reason I would highly recommend Whitegates West Derby if this is the character they employ.

Was sceptical selling our house and moving and there is lots of estate agents out there to choose from. We went with Whitegates as it was in the local area and has been established for many years, Bernie started us off on the path of getting on the market and could not of made it easier . She was very thorough and kept us up to date all along . She was excellent to deal with and always very helpful. After getting a buyer Monia took over the task , what can I say she was amazing . Was a rocky road but she kept us up to date and was always there for us on the end of the phone and always honest and transparent , this is what you want with things like this. Even when things did not seem to be going smooth from the chain , Monia was very professional and kept us updated and kept calm whilst we were not.
