White gates have been amazing throughout the whole process of selling our house. The whole team have always been so helpful and understanding particularly Matthew Holt. He kept us up to date every step of the way and was always there and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and to help through the process. Selling a house through any circumstance is very stressful but he really did everything to make this process as easy as possible and really took control over everything. I couldn’t recommend white gates and Matthew more they have all been brilliant :)

I have nothing but good things to say about Whitegates, West Derby! They were the Estate Agents for a property we bought recently and they kept in regular contact with us as the purchase progressed - they were far more pro-active than the Estate Agent we used to sell our own property! Special praise goes to Zaklina, who guided us through the buying process and was really helpful throughout, sending us regular updates via Whatsapp and efficiently answering any queries we had. For anyone thinking of selling their home, I would recommend using Whitegates!

Working with the property management team at Whitegates has been a brilliant experience and Rebecca has been fantastic to deal with. Nothing has been too much trouble and her regular communication and updates kept me so well informed about what was happening with the tenants departure and work required to refresh the property. Rebecca helped with quotes from contractors and made sure everything ran smoothly with the work being done. I can’t rate Rebecca and the team highly enough!

My parents are at the very beginning of selling the home that they have lived in for decades and it is undoubtedly a necessary but stressful experience for them both. It was such a pleasure to meet James and he was the perfect person to put them at ease and reassure them that he would do all he could to make the process as seamless as possible. He had just the right amount of professionalism but a kind, sensitive and personal approach with plenty of humour in there too. James made choosing which estate agent to trust very easy and it was because of him, we chose Whitegates. Won't allow you to view unless you book an appointment with their mortgage advisor I wouldn't recommend anyone to sell through them as this is really bad practice. I've bought / sold many properties as an investor and rarely encountered this tactic This was for an empty property that has been on the market for sometime with this agent and has had a a price reduction due to no sale. Not surprised if people cannot view it! I wonder if the vendor is aware!!!

I recently purchased a property through the Whitegates, and my experience was very positive from start to finish. The agents did an excellent job showing me the house, and I appreciated having two viewings before making my decision. The second viewing, in particular, stood out. The agent was knowledgeable about the property and answered all my questions clearly and confidently. At the same time, I never felt pressured, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. Once my offer was accepted, the buying process took around 3.5 months, which was especially reasonable considering it included the Christmas period. Throughout that time, the agency was responsive and helpful with every query I had. I also appreciated their flexibility, when I wanted to check the condition of the white goods later on, they arranged it without any issues. Overall, I found the team professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Whitegates to anyone looking to buy a home.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot stress to you, how terrible the letting agents are. In my experience: consistently rude, unhelpful and very clearly do not care about the tenants. They were very happy to allow my sister to live in a mould and slug infested home for years on end with little to no intervention or help. The only suggestion was to increase ventilation (which we were doing anyway). They should be ashamed.
