I have been with Whitegates since January this year I have a very positive experience The staff have been patient and kind when dealing with our house sale which has not been plain sailing to say the least Bernie , Matty James and Freya have all been on the end of the phone I would just like to praise our allocated salesperson Lydia Wilson who has done a brilliant job and we would like to give her. 5 star rating. i left a message for one of your team about viewing a property as i'm looking to buy my first home, the person who called me back seemed very cold and not really that interested as i didnt have something specific i was looking for. when i asked to book the viewing i requested they told me unless i send my mortgage AIP over they wouldnt book this as i told her i wasnt interested in speaking to your advisors about the available rates. Don't know if you get many timewasters and this might be why you ask for this but don't tar everyone with the same brush! Ended the call feeling very negative about the whole interaction.

Broken window lock

In a rented property and we have had a problem with our bathroom window for months. Whitegates were great and sent someone to fix it, however they did not repair it properly. I spoke to Rebecca, who was very approachable, at Whitegates repair and she was super in helping to sort the problem promptly. Contractor Dave from L&G Windows came to fix the window and I would highly recommend him due to promptness, no fuss and showed us what the problem exactly was and dealt with it . Satisfied with Whitegates but not conveyancers

We were happy with Whitegates customer service particularly Bernie and Daisy on the phone who was always willing to help.We did feel though that we had to keep phoning to see if they were pushing the property for us. We would not recommend using their recommended on line conveyancing company 'Castle' as we felt like we were doing most of the work for the conveyancers as there were numerous forms,actions,tasks,print outs,scans for us to do at home. Its fortunate we are computer savvy.
