She has excellent communication skils and from the beginning she helped me with my needs for the apartment that I was looking for. Lydia at Whitegates is worth her weight in gold, . I have been an estate agent myself for over 40 years in Devon, I also have had my own business for 30 years and I wouldn’t hesitate to make Lydia my manager. Nothing is to much trouble for her, her attention to detail is first class and I have never received communication at the level that Lydia gave me. In my opinion she would win best estate agent of the year hands down.

Cheryl is a joy, a complete professional , promoting the property to the right buyers, as it was a rental investment. We cannot fault the quality of service from Whitegates. We changed estate agents to Whitegates as we were very disappointed with our previous estate agent. Within two weeks of our home going ‘live’ with Whitegates we received an offer for the asking price. James has been brilliant and has kept us informed every step of the way.
