At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. This she has always implemented, gaining a first rate reputation and recognition from her peers. GoogleI had a viewing booked over the weekend and was met at the property by Aiden who was just the loveliest person! He was very professional but not 'snooty', down to earth, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. We have viewed tonnes of houses recently with tonnes of agents, but Aiden was brilliant. GoogleBrilliant company. They sold my personal information after I got an email from them where I could get a ‘free online evaluation of my home.’ Stupidly I thought I’d have a look and put in my phone and email. I’ve since been getting on average 6 spam calls per day and a ton of spam emails. Thanks Whitegates. FYI the evaluation was way off (unsurprisingly)

Please be assured that Whitegates does not sell personal information. If we receive a lead, our policy is to contact individuals no more than three times over three days if there is no answer. After that, we delete the contact details from our system. You can only be given an accurate valuation if one of the valuers in branch comes out to see the property in person. Unfortunately prices from the online valuation tool is based on land registry sold prices and is an estimate. GoogleMy mum has just sold her house through whitegates west dberby from start to finish of what was a very stressful experience through outage staff at whitegates helped my mum.especially Ross who gave her all the time and patience she needed he was always on the end of a phone to help with her queries and worries Also Bernie treated my mum with lots of care and made her feel at ease they all give great customer service ifrom Gail the owner and down to the staff on the floor its a great personal service and both Ross and Bernie went above and beyond to help my mum I would highly recommend this team based on the great personal service you get

Fast response, Friendly and Efficient. She also helped us chasing the solicitors from both buyer and seller side. So that the conveyance process had gone through in quicker way. Always respectful and polite, and very accommodating, due to my working from early to late, in attending at a suitable time for me. Always very help with any queries I have. A very pleasant start to the morning, before leaving for work!
