At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. This she has always implemented, gaining a first rate reputation and recognition from her peers. "Well you don't win the Customer Service Award at your Regional Property Awards without having something special about you"!

GoogleI am with Whitegates for a couple of years now and to be honest i had my issues with staff who were disrispectful,ignorant..... and after I met Katie who changed my view on the company or mostly give my lost trust back in humanity ,professionalism,empathy....I had the luck to meet this young lady ,who is Dear management... a real credit to your company and no suprise if she continues the attitude towards the job as sge acted with my case she should be in a higher position in a very short time or getting noticed by other companies.Well done and i cant thank you enough Katie to looking after me

GoogleWhitegates were so helpful during the purchase of our property. We dealt with Ross throughout the purchase process and received a fantastic service from start to finish. We were kept up to date and received very quick responses to emails and when we initially didn’t get the property we offered on we were immediately invited into the branch to discuss what we were looking for to help us find the property we were looking for in an incredibly tough and competitive market. Rebecca managed a potentially difficult tenant departure very well. She clarified succinctly and quickly all the legal requirements around the checkout report and achieved an amicable and fair resolution of all the outstanding financial and property issues. Communication and advice during the 'negotiations' was appropriate, prompt and effective. Thank you Rebecca and other colleagues involved over the time of the tenancy. Overall Whitegates managed the tenancy well, very well.

TrustpilotILLEGAL PRACTICES BY WHITEGATES
Just awful - please avoid this estate agent. We were looking to buy a house, we put an offer in on a property, and because the estate agent felt it was ‘too low’ she didn’t even put it to the seller - this is ILLEGAL. We then upped our offer and she still didn’t give it to the seller - again ILLEGAL. Apparently she felt personally slighted/offended that we had offered lower than the asking price for some reason and was ‘teaching us a lesson’ 😂

Googledon't call them, they are very slow, they are not professional, I wanted to rent a commercial space from them, they placed me from one to another, emails sent so that I can see a commercial space with appointments in a few weeks, seriously? so much trouble to see a space with the potential to rent it and they did nothing
