Spencer`s service was second to none, he couldn`t do much more to help me with everything. Electronic DocuSign and online snagging reporting were great and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone!

Whitegates West Derby: For sale but not really

Surely before an estate agent list a house for sale they should check the person can legally sell it? Not so apparently, thus costing me x 2 house buyers surveys at a cost of £100 each, 2 mortgage applications and offers (credit rating impact) as it was listed more that valued but wouldn't accept the first re-evaluation offer, then the trouble of getting builders quotes, visits, instructing solicitors and everything else that goes with the process and then only to be told it after all that had happened it had to go through a legal process (court of protection) with no estimated completion date, nearly 12 months after that I was then told it was now in probate, so had no choice but to give up and found somewhere that could legally be sold and not as much as an apology from whitegates never mind being out of pocket and inconvenienced beyond any reasonable time.
