At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. This she has always implemented, gaining a first rate reputation and recognition from her peers. "Well you don't win the Customer Service Award at your Regional Property Awards without having something special about you"!

Although we had a little trouble at first getting the viewing arranged and then had the wrong key to enter the house, Leeanne was nothing but professional and managed to quickly rearrange for another day and time. I have since had my offer accepted and working with Leeanne has been a pleasure.

GoogleI recently bought my property from White Gates in West Derby. The main person I dealt with was Matthew Holt and the service he provided was excellent. Matthew was very accommodating as he would chase Solicitors, ask the vendor any questions/concerns I had and even went to the property himself to measure up. Amazing service thanks so much.
