At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. This she has always implemented, gaining a first rate reputation and recognition from her peers. "Well you don't win the Customer Service Award at your Regional Property Awards without having something special about you"!

Horrible! Do not waste your time here.. see why...We went there for a mortgage advice (which costs around £500 and we're willing to pay). We expend 1 hour hearing how good they're and why we should choose them.The person promised an email so we can send our docs same day and guess what.. we got ghosted.. no emails or phone calls.. I'd call them twice since then but the person responsible are aways busy...If they don't wanna help, they should at least give us a call and let us know (we don't expect a reason, just a friendly phone)I don't believe stop answering phone calls is something business should do...Extremely disappointed

Renting the house I had my eyes on was a pleasant experience thanks to Spencer from Whitegates. Any question that you may have will be answered ASAP by a phone call or an e-mail. I would strongly recommend Whitegates as I am sure all the other members are just like him. He made me feel very comfortable table with all the process, specially being my first time renting a space for myself to progress further with my life!

At the end of a tenancy, had trouble getting the deposit back from dps. Mel contacted them several times until the problem was sorted, even encouraging us to persevere when we were on the verge of giving up. E mails were always dealt with promptly. Thank you Mel

Googlewell i would never arrange a visit by these to value your house they are incredibly unreliabe dont waste your time they dont have your best intrests in mind they just want to make lots of mony off your sale found another estate agents at half the price whitgates wanted no wonder they all drive around in brand new bmws they never even got back to me total waste time west derby branch they dont even deserv 1 star as it would not let me put zero their even less than zero

Cheryl is a joy, a complete professional , promoting the property to the right buyers, as it was a rental investment. Sarah was so on the ball, with very prompt contact with all parties , very approachable and helpful when I was not understanding the next steps or processes. The 5 stars are for Connor, who came yesterday to do my mid-term inspection. This is the second time he has done it and as always, he was friendly, courteous and polite. Having someone walk around your home inspecting it isn't a pleasant experience, however, Connor is always respectful and makes it easy. As I say, the 5 stars are for Connor only, and not Whitegates themselves, who may be assessed at a 4 at the most. .

GoogleWhitegates west Derby have gone above and beyond their call of duty in helping me and my family secure a tenancy for my disable daughter , we were helped greatly and navigated through the process with such professionalism , enthusiasm and kindness by James O’conner and Kelly Millward nothing was too much trouble for the them ,they were so fast to respond to any queries or concerns that we had and came up with all the solutions , both James and Kelly are nothing short of outstanding and I can’t praise them enough for what they have done for us ! After we arrived to the property he was right outside the property waited to our arrival. He is great looking gentleman with great knowledge about property and another information about House buy process. He showed us every room and glady answered to our questions. We sorted out everything we had best experience in our life, Richard really know how to impress the customers and show us fantastic customer service experience 5/5.
