Whitegates West Derby Estate provides excellent service. The colleague, Ms. Caitlin Suleyman, is decent and professional. It was a time of transition due to sudden departure of other colleague and she picked up the case and follow up promptly. I was frustrated with a serious issue and she and the team solved efficiently. They are always reliable and take the responsibility to facilitate between the vendor and buyer and the solicitor firm. Nothing prepared us for the stress, shock and horror we faced with our previous agent (Cheapmoov) who left our property in disrepair and utterly mis-managed our property. We got to a point where we just wanted to get rid of the property because of the whole situation. We had sleepless nights. I contacted a few agents who weren't exactly helpful but when I contacted Whitegates I wasn't expecting the exceptional level professionalism, support and genuine kindness we received from the whole team. They took on the whole nightmare and turned it around. We have peace of mind and can now literally put our feet up. My advice to anyone trying to get an agent is to be aware that there are some hyenas and vultures out there. We have been fortunate to find a fantastic team in 'Whitegates West Derby' that actually know what managing a property is all about. Had a great time in a viewing today wih one of the agents Joseph Harding. Although he appeared misleadingly younger on age from other agents, he proved to be quite a salesman! Professional, responsive to my comments, understood my concerns about the property and took the extra mile to explain additional services the agency offered.
