About Whitegates West Derby
At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. This she has always implemented, gaining a first rate reputation and recognition from her peers. GoogleWhitegates West Derby Estate provides excellent service. The colleague, Ms. Caitlin Suleyman, is decent and professional. It was a time of transition due to sudden departure of other colleague and she picked up the case and follow up promptly. I was frustrated with a serious issue and she and the team solved efficiently. They are always reliable and take the responsibility to facilitate between the vendor and buyer and the solicitor firm. All the requests and inquiries are handled timely and they are always considerate. I am pleased to recommend Whitegates to my friends.

Our experience from day one with Whitegates has been very professional and helpful. From our booking of our first viewing of our new house with Bernie right through to several conversation via phone and email with Kevin has been 'stressless' to say the least. we have been informed every stepo of the way, with guidance of related Mortgage advice and Solicitors.
