At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. This she has always implemented, gaining a first rate reputation and recognition from her peers. "Well you don't win the Customer Service Award at your Regional Property Awards without having something special about you"!

GoogleHaving bought and sold through Whitegates West Derby over the last 8 years I have always found the service courteous and professional and the fees are very competitive whilst not compromising on the service. As a landlord I continue to have more than one property managed through the branch and again I have no complaints. The rare issue with tenant payments are quickly followed up and and repairs are brought to my attention quickly and they are able to draw on a wide and reputable group of contractors to fix issues. New annual property reports with description of property state and pictures are are useful addition to the service. An efficient and established agent in the area. Recommended.

GoogleDay before moving in they confirmed everything was ready, moving day I was outside with a van with all my things for them to say they didn't have the gas certificate, only for me to find out 2 hours later that I was right and there wasn't gas at the property anyway. Then the washing machine broke and it took just over 2 months before they acknowledged my complaint. Then I had an emergency power cut and the agency had no 24 hour line and the live chat on the website told me to just leave an email and they had previously refused to give me my landlords number so I had to pay for the electrician myself since I had no way of getting in touch with the agency or landlord. Absolutely appalled.

GoogleI've been trying to get a viewing of a property in Zircon Close for three days. Every time I call, they tell me that the lettings line is engaged and that they are short staffed and that someone will call me back. No-one has. I've given up. As a tenant, I can't imagine what it would be like to try to get a repair out of them if they can't even arrange a viewing. If any landlords are reading this, I'd steer clear - it looks like they're not particularly bothered about lettings and concentrate mostly on sales.
