At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. In particular Spencer and Rebecca who I've worked with throughout the entire process, during which they have been nothing but professional, helpful and prompt with responses and updates. TrustpilotMy Parents house is being listed by…
My Parents house is being listed by Whitegates on behalf of the executor of the will. The house should not be sold until probate has been returned but Whitegates have told him that it is ok to do so. The worst part is that they have 'sold' the house well under its market value. All they are interested in is getting their fees and not what is best for the vendor. Completely unprofessional and a bunch of cowboys. Don't sell your house through them but certainly buy off them because they are selling houses for up to £80,00 of their true value. Following a reply from Whitegates, that goes no where close to explaining why they under valued the house, one can only surmise on who an under valuation could possibly benefit. Whitegates definitely if they are selling to a friend or family, although that is very damaging to their reputation because other sellers will avoid them. Or perhaps it has something to do with avoiding paying tax, in which case Whitegates are aiding and abetting tax fraud, something the IR would be interested in. Whatever the reason I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Everything points to underhand and dishonest dealings

Caitlin Suleyman, Bernadette Connolly, Megan Davies, Lucy Noble and Joseph Harding have looked after me with such kindness and professionalism. The level of service provided from all of the staff is second to none and I'm so glad I chose Whitegates to sell my property. From the first contact with Whitegates and Melanie the service was excellent and without compromise. Our first tenants where a little challenging but Whitegates ensured that all aspects of their tenancy contract was covered and this enabled us to have peace of mind and ensured that we where not left out of pocket when they left. Our current tenant that Whitegates found on our behalf are perfect and have had no issues. They provided us with excellent service, regular checks and kept us updated with all aspects of the contract. The payments where accurate and on time and all communications where delt with quickly and efficiently, especially when dealing with Melanie. Highly recommend both Whitegates and the services of Melanie and will use again in the future for all aspects of tenancy and rent requirements.
