I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

I used Whitegates for a sale and their service was excellent from start to finish. With solicitor delays, they chased everything with my solicitors and the solicitors of the buyers. Whitegates were absolutely amazing during the sale of my house. Carl initially came to the property and prepared superb details and pictures and lots of viewings soon happened. We sold for the asking price and Carol and Dawn were brilliant in the office. They kept me updated throughout the sale and even did the chasing in the chain as the other agents were not doing it. I was quite a stressful seller but hats off to Carol and Dawn for keeping me sane during the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Whitegates to anyone looking to sell. I recently used Whitegates in Ilkeston for the sale of my property. The service I received from start to finish was truly exceptional and they sold my house within 2 weeks of it going on the market. They constantly kept me informed and offered help and advice when needed. Dawn and Gemma in the office were wonderful throughout and Carl, the Director, was great at setting up the portfolio and photographs and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. We gave Whitegates in Ilkeston the responsibility to sell our home and find us a small ground floor flat. This is exactly what they did for us, even when times were hard during the pandemic of COVID cases, the girls in the office still did exactly as they said they would. We have had the pleasure of working with all the girls in the office, each of them understood our frustration at times. The house sale took a little longer than expected but the girls always kept us in the loop about what was happening with the solicitors side of things. We are now in a lovely ground floor flat and the house was sold and settled all by Whitegates in Ilkeston. We will always be eternally grateful to the girls in this office, for the way they helped us, always a great atmosphere in the office. I have ring them up to book a viewing for a house in Oakwood, I was waiting 8 days to view it, after they took all my details (that we are 2 couples, income etc) we want to see it on a Wednesday at 3:30, I took the rest of the day off from work to get there and told me that they don't accept couples only families.
