Whitegates Wrexham were very professional and thorough helping me sell my house. From the beginning I received a fair and accurate evaluation and the house sold eventually for near that amount. Despite having 3 sales fall through due to surveyors scaring off buyers, they were very helpful, quickly procuring new views of the property and helping it sell. The only slight negative was that at times, communicating with them was a bit difficult (receiving email replies back or ringing with no one answering the phone). Otherwise my experience overall was good, and I would use them again in the future.

I can't recommend the team highly enough they have been fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our home. I don't recommend Whitegates because the staff is so rude and the entrance of the centenary building was broken since ages and nobody from whitegates cares about it. It's always open and not safe anymore. I really wish town and country was still our agency, not whitegates. (Lettings)

Honestly, the best service I’ve received from an estate agents. I was buying a house through Whitegates Wrexham and from viewing properties, to completing my purchase, they were so lovely. I viewed homes with Ian who was such a friendly, helpful and nice person. The completion of my purchase was supported by Stefan, who was also really helpful, supportive and approachable. If I ever sold my home I’d very likely use Whitegates because of the reassurance I’d be taken care of by lovely people.
