FacebookI applied for a consolidation loan with Graham Ronald Hart Loans.Their application for loans and their rate information is easy, prompt and efficient. This is my second loan in these trying times. I would like to say it was even a life saver to help me get finances under control. The girl who helped me apply on the phone was patient and helpful. The auto pay from my checking account is simple, and statements in the mail are easy to understand. Their response was simply "We haven't heard anything from the landlord yet." - We give them another week to get in touch with the landlord, phone them again, same statement. Finally, we go into their office to speak with them to which they reply "Your application was denied" with no further information as to why or anything else. I'd avoid this location at all costs. Terrible staff, terrible agency.
