GoogleAt first it looked like standard letting agency, they were paying visits to make sure that we were taking good care of the rented property. But than we started the procedure of buying our own house. Unfortunately the end of letting contract was due and landlord was pushing to sign another six month contract when we were almost at the finishing stage with our new house. They let us stay on monthly rolling contract as understand our situation. The same thing with returning the property, there were some things that had to be done after we moved out, about which we were informed. Instead of taking the money from the bond thay let us sort rest of the stuff out by ourselves so we can receive full bond. We are very satisfied from that agency, especially Lewis and Hollie who helped us in this difficult time. We definitely recommend Whitegates.

GoogleI have been involved with Whitegates for over 10 years now. They offer a brilliant fully managed service at a good rate. They are extremely professional and use reasonable priced contractors for external works. I have always found them to act quickly on any problems that may arise in a very timely manor for both landlord and tenant. Over the years we have encountered some problems with a tenant that they have addressed professionally and discretely (where needed). I can 100% recommend Whitegates! Lewis is absolutely amazing/brilliant at his job and has always supported our needs. The rest of the team are also great. At the end of the day 'you pay for what you get' and when it comes to lettings; I think these guys are at the top of their game!! I read a lot of reviews for a number of Agents in my area before contracting them; and to remain with them for in excess of 10 years speaks volumes for the dedicated service. Well done guys: Please continue to be brilliant!!!
