Joe at Whitegates Prescot was excellent. I cannot reccomend this estate agent enough. He really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured throughout the process. Dealing with Whitegates and especially Joseph has been a pleasure compared to using other estate agents in the past. They are transparent and quick to inform you of relevant information ensuring I was informed straight away. They instantly took the house of the market when our offer was accepted which was great for us. From start to finish the experience we had with Whitegates was exemplary. We dealt with Joshua, Joel and Abbie who kept us updated via telephone, text and WhatsApp at all stages of the process. They arranged and carried out all the visits and the publicity material was fantastic. Once the property was sold they acted as liaison between us, the buyers and both sets of solicitors on many occasions. Selling our family home after 50 years was difficult but they made the process as stress free as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending them and have already done so to several people ready to sell their properties. Thank you so much to you all.

We bought a house through Whitegates in February. From the initial request to view the property all the way to completion Joel has been absolutely amazing! He kept us up to date with everything his end and even communicated with both the sellers solicitors and our solicitors to ensure all communication was answered in a timely manner to help avoid potential hold ups. If we were selling a home I would be more inclined to sell via Whitegates rather than Ashtons who we sold our property with as Whitegates seem more on the ball to get the customers the sale. Thanks very much to Joel and the rest of the Whitegates team as they have all been amazing.

As a first time buyer viewings of properties is completely new to me. Grace was there at the property for my arrival. She allowed me sufficient time to look around, answered all my questions appropriately. She was professional in every way and a pleasure to deal with. I was really pleased with Abigail Richards, as upon my first viewing of the property, I knew it was something I would be interested in. Still, I needed to arrange a further viewing to confirm with a colleague. It was incredibly helpful of Abi to arrange the viewing for a couple of days later, to be on the doorstep, and then to turn up and be with us on the second viewing. She was super polite and helpful.
