The whitegates in mirfield are a disgrace. You book a viewing for a property get told a time to view the property at which was 16.00 and we call on the day to confirm the time you get told the time is then 17.15 you turn up and nobody is their to show you round the property. Now if Mirfield whitegates don't want to rent out the property then take the god damn property of the listing. The property was 16 bracken hill mirfield. Don't waste your time viewing it as you won't get to view it anyway.

The girls in the offce were really nice to me....and basically all the staff at Mirfield and I would recomend them to anyone.....However On completion of my purchase of which they were really good...it appears that the solicitor has to hold back from the sale the commision...I was paying cash for my new home and my solicitor said that was not common practice...so I called into the office and a really nice young lady gave me the details so I could BACS the outsatanding....which I did...guess what no thankyou reciept or kiss my .....this appears to be an issue with the people/person to whom the money was transfered...who needs to learn a lesson from his sales/ etc....other than that thankyou...PG

Terrible experience with Whitegate, complete disregard for customers If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent days trying to book a viewing for a property with Whitegate. I called multiple times, sent emails, and was repeatedly given empty promises: “we’ll get back to you,” “we’ll check with the person in charge,” “we’ll contact you soon”, but they never did. After three days of this nonsense, I finally told them I would go to their office in person. Miraculously, they were then able to schedule a viewing for the following day. But it didn’t end there. Just an hour before the scheduled viewing, I received a message saying the property had just been rented to someone else. This is not just unprofessional, it is a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and patience. It felt as if I was begging for a favour, when in reality, I was a serious potential tenant ready to do business. If the property market were even slightly more competitive, agencies like this wouldn’t stand a chance. If you value your time and expect even a basic level of professionalism, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

So my mum used whitegates to sell her house and I was at the side of her every step of the way so I can comment on this experience… Every thing was fine and dandy until we had found a buyer, this woman was fairly wealthy and had bit of money, and she had sold her house and all her money had moved over, whitegates then all of a sudden stop letting my mum know what was going on, I mean radio silence from everyone, so after about a week of this my mum rang whitegates and explained like dose she want the house dose she not things went on a for a while and in the end it was like whitegates where working with this woman and against my mum, and then this woman and her family have a real vendetta against my mum and turned really sour, so thanks whitegates 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I approached Olly after he sold my parents house my house had been on and off the market over the last 5 years. My house sold within 3 months :). The sale was a long and complicated procedure and took almost 5 month to complete due to the buyers circumstances!!! Really bad Agency!!! Everyone who works in this Agency are not trusted. We passed on all paper works and credit check, and they said need to do something on the house before we can move in. I said no problem we can wait a few days, but we had to wait 2 weeks and they still didn't ring us with any information!!! Now at 4 weeks, I went to the Agency and asked whats going on now, and they said no information, and said they will ring me if the Landlord contacts them!! After 20 mins the Agency rang me and said, someone else got the house!!! WHAT, AND HOW!!?? They wasted our time and my wife is completely depressed, because now we got 7 days to find another house with 3 childrens or move to the street. Thank you WHITEGATES MIRFIELD!!!

Great service provided when buying a house. Mainly dealt with Chris Baker who was fantastic. We had a couple set backs along the way and she was very helpful,always kept me upto date with progress, more so than my own solicitor. Also dealt with Olly who was great. I am totally disgusted in the way this office has treat me this week regarding a viewing I had on Flash Street in Mirfield, I rang on the morning to confirm that the viewing was going ahead, and was informed it was, I arrived and access was denied by the tenant, this was mentioned when to me when I made the booking that there had been issues, hence my morning phone call, I left the property without viewing, further to that I have not received a phone call from the said office with an apology or an update on the situation, very poor customer service to say the least,
