Everything went smoothly during the letting process. Once we'd moved in, Demelza was great. We didn't have many issues with the flat during our tenancy but when we did Demelza responded quickly and got things sorted out quickly and efficiently. Thanks!

Doesn't return calls - lies and lies and more lies - puts you into a bidding war just like everyone else has experienced by the looks of the other reviews . WHY???? It should be first come, first served NOT START LYING TO EVERYONE INTERESTED AND SEE WHAT ELSE THEY CAN BRING TO THE TABLE- YOU ARE GETTING PAID YOUR FEES IT'S JUST PURE GREED - WHEN IS ENOUGH ACTUALLY ENOUGH. GoogleWe found Gill, Chris and Ollie of Whitegates in Mirfield friendly, helpful and efficient. One of them was always available to answer queries either on the phone or when we called into the office in person. The realistic valuation and impressive photographs attracted ten viewings within the first three weeks. Our house went on the market, was sold and we moved into our new home all within three months. Whitegates staff were active and involved from start to finish. We could not fault their teamwork and thank them for helping us through what is always a challenging time.

From the minute I contacted the team, they made the whole process of viewing, paperwork and contracts, flow with extreme professionalism. The manager, went out of his way to show me the property that I went on to rent, as I work crazy unsociable hours. Nothing was a problem to them. GoogleI went to Whitegates after checking all the other agents in the area; I was so glad I did as I had definitely made the right choice. From the first time I meet all the staff, Olly the Manager Chris, Tracy and Gill I was treated as though I was special and all my questions and concerns were answered. They did all the linking between the Solicitors the Auction site and mortgage provider which imposed extra work for all the staff.
