The sale was a long and complicated procedure and took almost 5 month to complete due to the buyers circumstances!!! GoogleWhitegates were fantastic managing our buyer and helping us with a very difficult and lengthy process caused by our onwards purchase. They were professional and willingly stepped in on a number of occasions to sort out issues which occurred further up our chain, even though it wasn't technically their responsibility to do so. Olly, Gill and Chris were quite simply brilliant and well worth every penny.
I would strongly recommend Whitegates on the basis that anyone can sell your house, but if things go wrong or you start to hit bumps in the road then you need a professional with the experience to keep the chain together. I'd use them again without hesitation.

We have never rented before, so apprehensive, but the team talked us through the process efficientlyAfter viewing the property we quickly received all the relevant links to get the approvals, ID and references etc. We had responsive exchange of communication through Whitegates sales Oliver and during the tenancy from the letting team Demelza.
