GoogleI went to Whitegates after checking all the other agents in the area; I was so glad I did as I had definitely made the right choice. From the first time I meet all the staff, Olly the Manager Chris, Tracy and Gill I was treated as though I was special and all my questions and concerns were answered. They did all the linking between the Solicitors the Auction site and mortgage provider which imposed extra work for all the staff.
I will be using them again in the future to tenant a property, as I have seen Olly's care and commitment to provide a carefree service , which puts the mind at ease.

If not - if sellers wants slightly more - then advertise it for that - do not advertise it for low
And get customers to bid
If you want bidding then send them to AUCTION
