They kept me up to date at every stage of the process and filled me with the utmost confidence. George, Lloyd and the whole team really went out of their way to make sure everything was as easy as possible. GoogleLloyd from lettings. Rude, raised his voice on several occasions. Accused my husband of lying. And slandered another estate agents. Not professional. This is the second time I have had problem with Your Move. They will take your money and stop contacting you and letting you know of any process. Even the landlord who asked Your move to advertise it are not happy . The estate agents that your move slandered have been so kind and helpful and have luckily found us a property to move into and only took three days. Your move took nearly three weeks!

GoogleHighly Recommended. We sold our property and had an onward purchase collapse then found a second and finally after 9 months or more of wrangling finally completed. Throughout Henny (Mortgage advisor) and the rest of the Your move team worked diligently for us more than fulfilling their brief. Excellent service.

GoogleWe had a couple of viewings with Nick. He knew before both viewings we had a 2 month notice on our current flat but when we got to each viewing (both on different days) he seemed to not know this. Both properties were available straight away so he just kind of brushed us off and seemed very uninterested in us. Both viewings we were double booked with other couples, not one after the other so very awkward and feels pressured into a sale. We have since found another property with a different letting agent who listened to us and found the perfect place which accommodates our 2 month notice period

GoogleVery helpful place to go to if your buying or selling your property, and if its letting you want the staff are more then happy to help, having there own mortgage advisor in house lets you get the help you require.
