GoogleMany thanks to the staff at Your Move Walderslade especially Hayley and Lara for helping sell my brothers house after his accident. I was always updated with viewings and feed back and the whole process was smoother than I expected.
Agent replied
Thank you so much for your review and kind words, we really appreciate it. Kind regards, Lara and the team

GoogleI honestly cannot thank Your Move's Walderslade team enough for their help when selling my home. I unfortunately had a very difficult experience as a seller but it was nothing to do with them - throughout my horrendous time Asha and Lara were only one phonecall away, were incredibly supportive and marketed my property beautifully. Both Hayley's were also great with arranging viewings, and conducting them on my behalf. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch of Your Move to my friends and family who still live in the area, they were completely faultless. Thank you all.

GoogleHayley most efficient, professional and does what she says with speed. Her team back her up and all girls were polite and helpful. Been renting out for nearly 20 years now and this was the most pleasent rental process I have every done. And the tenants are lovely and keep me in the loop on the property. I would recommend this Your Move Walderslade to everyone. Happy New Year to you all.

GoogleLove your move at walderslade! My house sold within 1 day and completed within a month! What a smooth operation. thank you all that made my move possible and in such speed. If I'm in the mood to move again I know where I will be going! Thanks so so much

Googlethe team at the walderslade branch of your move were brilliant. My parents are both elderly and unused to having people in their home, the team were friendly and extremely helpful at all times. They took care of all the viewings so my parents felt comfortable and secure during the process. they keep us well informed at all stages of the process and made the whole thing less stressful for my parents, who had been in the house for almost 60 years. I can not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleStephen was very helpful and efficient in finding a right mortgage for us.

GoogleExcellent estate agent, Ella Ferguson, prepared viewings without prompt to ensure we had appropriate properties to visit on the day. Good knowledge of the homes and surrounding area made our choices more informed. We would highly recommend this agent, not too pushy, just the right balance for our requirements, thank you Ella.

GoogleWould highly recommend this Agency....The Staff are very helpful and reliable. They have made renting our first property hassle free. Ella and Jayne are great to work with.

GoogleStephen Dickinson was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in arranging our mortgages for us. We had contacts with other advisors and only had an initial chat with Stephen because he was colocated with our estate agents. But in the course of discussions, it became clear to us that Stephen was ready to leave no stone unturned working out what was best for us. The arrangements he made could not be improved by anyone else we spoke to. He really did go above and beyond - answering our questions with great patience and making the process as painless as possible. We rarely leave reviews but thought Stephen really deserved this one.
5/5
GoogleStephen the mortgage advisor was really helpful, knowledgeable and went the distance for us to get the mortgage we needed to buy our first home, he wasn't like other people we had met who just looked at us like we we're numbers he really did care about looking after us and making sure we understood everything.

GoogleVenita is a jolly lady, friendly and welcoming...

GoogleKirsty and her team at Swanley have been exceptional. My sale was particularly difficult with added complications along the way ... Kirsty and Lisa worked tirelessly to get the sale through and had to make several difficult calls during the process ... the honest communication made receiving hard to hear news more bareable as I could trust that what I was being told was a) true and b) the best outcome available at the time. I am delighted that the sale has finally completed and cannot reccomend Kirsty and her team highly enough. If you want an agent you can trust and communicate with ... this is the team for you !
