GoogleAfter a very worrying few weeks of trying to find a new rental home as our previous landlord had decide to sell (different agency). We found our new home with the Your Move team in Bexleyheath and we have had a very good experience so far. Chloe and Sanam were friendly, helpful and efficient. We viewed the new house, did all the reference checks, got the keys and moved in within a month. Any queries or concerns have been dealt with quickly and they respond to emails on the same day. From the start, Phil provided us with a straightforward and honest assessment of the market and our sales prospects, no fluff, no sugar-coating. He and the team secured numerous viewings, even in a challenging market and with the holiday season approaching. What really stood out, though, was Phil’s expertise during the sales negotiations and his handling of the solicitors. We hadn’t fully appreciated the level of coordination required to get all parties aligned, but Phil did just that. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to exchange and complete within our desired timeframe. He was the key player who kept everything on track throughout the process. GoogleI found all the staff at the Rye office very friendly and helpful. That was particularly important as I was selling a second home and lived at a distance of over 3 hrs drive, so was unable to be present for utility inspections or final meter readings, which they managed for me.

GoogleI completed on my purchase yesterday, and I’ve been very happy overall with the service provided by Your Move, particularly Tayla and Wes. From the initial viewing all the way through to completion, I never once felt frustrated with their service or responsiveness, which made the whole process far smoother than expected. They were consistently helpful in chasing up the various parties involved and keeping things progressing, which I really appreciated during what can often be a stressful time. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always approachable and accommodating when I needed assistance. They handled interactions with the seller professionally and helped facilitate everything in a straightforward way. While I fully understand that, as estate agents, their primary responsibility is to the seller, I still felt that they were overall fair in their approach, which can be important from a buyer’s perspective. Overall, a smooth experience! Thanks once again to Tayla and Wes for their support throughout the process.
