GoogleRecently had a viewing for a property in New Cross - the estate agent was incredibly unhelpful, he questioned our ability to even be able to put the deposit down and made us feel like we wouldn’t be able to get on the property ladder, will be exploring other estate agents

GoogleI honestly can’t thank the team at Your Move enough. As a first time buyer on my own, I had no idea where to start. I spoke to multiple estate agents, but none compared to Katy and Emily. From the very first phone call to arrange viewings through to finding my perfect home, they were incredible every step of the way. They guided me through the entire process; explaining how everything worked, supporting with negotiations, arranging financial advice through their in house experts, helping with insurances, appointing solicitors, and everything in between. No matter what challenges came up, Katy and Emily were always just a phone call or email away. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether I needed advice, reassurance, or even just someone to vent to, they were always there. I can honestly say that without them, this purchase would never have been possible. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I couldn’t recommend Your Move highly enough! They truly stand out from any other agent I’ve dealt with. Thank you so much, Katy and Emily :)

GoogleMason was very patient with me and our solicitors who were absolutely hopeless. He did everything in his power to hurry them along when they were dragging their heels and taking far to long to get things done.He kept me informed of developments when they did happen and chased up people when necessary I lost it several times because of the incompetence of my solicitor but mason was always calm and professional. He worked with Dan the manager of the agents at bexleyheath who also worked hard to push things along and whose long experience in the business proved invaluable. Thanks to both of you. We got there in the end.

GoogleOne of the worst experience in letting properties.They are good on selling/buying properties,tricky and ignoring emails without response,lack of flexibility and not willing to communicate personnel at Abbey Wood branch!The handling of client funds in my situation has been particularly concerning.
