GoogleAshton, the agent we dealt with at Your Move, was great. We spoke to a lot of agents while looking for a place to live and he was by far our favourite. He never made us feel uncomfortable, or like he was trying to cheat us. He worked hard trying to find a good deal between us and the landlord. Next time I'm looking, he'll be out starting point

GoogleWe recently sold a beloved family home through the DARTFORD branch. As it was a bereavement we were all fragile and emotional throughout the process. The team who included STEVE, CAITLIN, ANITA & JESS and initially TOM who did the valuation treated us all with the utmost kindness, patience and respect. Everyone worked so hard for us and nothing was too much trouble for them. All calls and emails answered promptly. We were kept constantly informed of proceedings. CAITLIN managed to get the best deal on the asking price, and showed extra kindness and care to my sister-in-law who was selling the property. All very much appreciated by us. GoogleThe worst estate agency to rent from they don't care they don't want to know horrific communication if any at all they all pass the buck for responsibilitys. Absolutely a shambles. Avoid at all costs!

GoogleWe can’t thank Dea, Neldie and the team enough for the brilliant way they dealt with recent sale of a late family member’s home. The sale was a probate sale of a house that had been in the family for over 70 years and they made a potentially difficult and upsetting process feel straight forward. Dea is brilliant at her job, knows the local market inside out and secured solid and proceedable offers very quickly despite a slowing market. All our queries were answered quickly, we were kept up to date throughout and Dea and Neldie did a brilliant job of liaising between us and the buyers, keeping everyone up to date during probate registry delays. The whole process can be stressful, but the team made it feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. Dea was absolutely amazing, she guided me through every step of the process, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure I felt confident in each decision. Her professionalism and support really stood out. Neldie was also very helpful, especially during the viewings. She accommodated me on multiple occasions and was always friendly, patient, and informative. GoogleAwful agency. My tenancy ended in June 2025 since then I have received email after email about the current occupants tenancy and things that do not concern me. I contacted them asking them to remove my details, which they still have not done as of today May 2026. When my tenancy initially ended, they originally added my guarantor back to the tenancy for a different occupant which they had to be informed was incorrect. I am confused as to how that happened. As well as this earlier this year there was an issue with allocating multiple rent payments of the current tenants FULLY the error of your move and their credit department not marking their rent as received - which whilst they were quick to correct after they were contacted it is still a completely ridiculous mistake- that should dissuade anyone from using their services, especially students. As well as this, I believe it is a massive GDPR violation to be sending that information to me in the first place, as it is not my tenancy, nothing to do with me, and had the personal affairs of the current occupants all over it. Following this incident i contacted the Canterbury office to remove my details from their system, which they did not do- as i was emailed this week relating to this tenancy again. I contacted them via phone this morning and told them to contact me personally when they remove my details. I am hoping this review may motivate that to happen sooner rather than later.

I had no idea what to expect nor how to navigate problems that we encountered along the way but their advice and support during this daunting journey having been outstanding. I am delighted that they have found an enthusiastic purchaser whom I hope will enjoy making the flat their home. GoogleI honestly can’t thank the team at Your Move enough. As a first time buyer on my own, I had no idea where to start. I spoke to multiple estate agents, but none compared to Katy and Emily. From the very first phone call to arrange viewings through to finding my perfect home, they were incredible every step of the way. They guided me through the entire process; explaining how everything worked, supporting with negotiations, arranging financial advice through their in house experts, helping with insurances, appointing solicitors, and everything in between. No matter what challenges came up, Katy and Emily were always just a phone call or email away. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether I needed advice, reassurance, or even just someone to vent to, they were always there. GoogleDodge dealings between here and the Catford branch which Ryan Oliver knows about. I had a buyer and the deal didn’t go through because the agents wanted cash under the table. Also former member of staff from the Bromley branch made it clear he and alongside a few other with different background were getting pushed out the company
