I honestly can’t thank the team at Your Move enough. As a first time buyer on my own, I had no idea where to start. I spoke to multiple estate agents, but none compared to Katy and Emily. From the very first phone call to arrange viewings through to finding my perfect home, they were incredible every step of the way. Mason was very patient with me and our solicitors who were absolutely hopeless. He did everything in his power to hurry them along when they were dragging their heels and taking far to long to get things done.He kept me informed of developments when they did happen and chased up people when necessary I lost it several times because of the incompetence of my solicitor but mason was always calm and professional. He worked with Dan the manager of the agents at bexleyheath who also worked hard to push things along and whose long experience in the business proved invaluable. Thanks to both of you.
