As a first time buyer on my own, I had no idea where to start. I spoke to multiple estate agents, but none compared to Katy and Emily. From the very first phone call to arrange viewings through to finding my perfect home, they were incredible every step of the way.
They guided me through the entire process; explaining how everything worked, supporting with negotiations, arranging financial advice through their in house experts, helping with insurances, appointing solicitors, and everything in between.
No matter what challenges came up, Katy and Emily were always just a phone call or email away. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether I needed advice, reassurance, or even just someone to vent to, they were always there.
